5àsec's goal is to provide customers with a digital dry cleaning experience:
- Improving in-store experience by simplifying dry cleaning ticket management
- Dropping off clothes at the store without lining up
- Increasing in-store visits

The solution

The 5àsec app was built to monitor order statuses in real-time and dematerialize sale receipts. Customers can also manage their subscription right from the app and access in-store clothes drop-off without lining up.

Going online to increase
in-store visits

5àsec is the world leader in dry cleaning, serving 114k customers per day in more than 1700 stores. Consumer habits have increasingly become more digital, to adapt to these new standards and stay ahead of its competitors, 5àsec contacted BAM to release a beta version in one month trialed with customers in key stores. BAM was in charge of designing the app, developing its front-end and training 5àsec’s teams to Scrum methods.

A successful collaboration
launching 2 new apps

5àsec has renewed its trust in BAM with the launch of two additional apps. A B2B app for partner dry-cleaners allowing them to scan customer’s membership cards, to view item lists and to add new items to them.BAM also helped improve the app dedicated to Business Solution cardholders (Air France employees, etc.). Allowing them to dematerialize 5àsec’s card. They can also register nearby dry-cleaners for 5àsec to approach and enroll them as new business partners.
