Le contexte

Patients with chronic wounds heal on average in 210 days, as their care is complex. The coordination of the multidisciplinary healthcare team is essential. Healico's aim? Promote exchanges between health professionals in order to treat the patient as quickly as possible.

Notre solution

A full BAM team (Product Manager, Designer and Developers) supports Urgo Medical teams with a particularly user-centric approach to ensure product adoption and retention.

A big retention challenge

A healthcare professional only has 5 minutes on average with the patient. Successfully integrating Healico into its current practices without wasting time is a key challenge. To meet them, we checked each need with our testers.

Our own event sourcing solution

For reasons of reliability, there is a real need to track the history of medical decisions entered in the application.

We also want to understand how these decisions affect patients' healing trajectories in order to improve their care. To meet these two needs, we opted for a custom Event solution, which allows us to keep track of changes in application states.
